How Much is shipping within Australia?
We charge a simple flat rate of $10 on all orders of any size Australia wide.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship worldwide! At the moment we are still working on out international shipping options so if you are overseas and would like to place an order please email your order to: [email protected] and we will get back to you asap with the total for shipping to your country.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, processed via PayPal.
If you have a PayPal account you may also pay using your PayPal balance or bank account attached to your PayPal account. You do NOT need a PayPal account to make a payment via credit card.
We also accept direct deposit into our account, if you would like to pay via direct deposit please email your order to [email protected] and we will email you an invoice with our account details.
Do i need a paypal account to pay for my order?
No. When you checkout click "i don't have a PayPal account" PayPal will then take you to a page where you can enter your credit card and delivery details.
Is this website secure?
Yes it is. Our online payment are processed by PayPal which is recognized as being on of the safest online payment systems in the world. PayPal encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Can i pay for my order by Bank Deposit?
Yes you can, See above question "What payment types do you accept?" for more details.
Can you do discounts for large / Bulk orders?
Yes we can! As long as all the products are being shipped to the one address we can work out a special price for anyone looking to place a large/bulk order, contact us for more info or to place a bulk order.
